Our colleague, Philip Doyle, Chief of Public Safety and Emergency Management at  Tallahassee Memorial Health Care has asked FHA to reach out to security and emergency management personnel to gain your input on the questions below:

  1. How may access points to you have to your main hospital?

  2. Do you check in all of your visitors or just in high security areas?

  3. Are visitors check in via Kiosk or by a employee?

  4. If you are using a visitor management system, are you issuing badges?

  5. What visitor management system do you use?

  6. Are there limitations on the amount of people checked in per patient?

  7. Have these measure been in place pre-COVID-19?, if so do you plan to continue?
